Businessolver is back supporting one of our favorite nonprofit organizations, Make-A-Wish, for the sixth year running.

Give Back—it’s one of Businessolver’s core values. Not only do Solvers “Give Back” in attitude and action to each other and our clients, but we also “Give Back” to our communities through our philanthropic efforts.

Over the years, we have cultivated many intentional partnerships with nonprofit organizations, one of our favorites being Make-A-Wish. Make-A-Wish creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. They seek to bring every eligible child’s wish to life because a wish is an integral part of a child’s treatment journey.

Businessolver has had the honor of granting ten wishes since our first partnership with the organization in 2016. To create a meaningful connection for where our Solvers and clients work, we have partnered with several Make-A-Wish chapters across the country. To date, we have granted wishes with the following chapters: Iowa, Colorado, North Carolina, Illinois, and OKI (Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana).

Nothing says philanthropy like friendly competition.

In true Businessolver fashion, we don’t just fund the wish, we celebrate with the families too!

Businessolver has had the opportunity to host many parties at our offices over the years which not only celebrates the families in need but provides an engaging way for Solvers to be part of the experience.

As a company, we want everyone to feel like they are a part of something greater, so when we give back, we don’t hold back. This summer has been no different.

We partnered with Make-A-Wish Iowa, Colorado, and OKI to launch a company-wide fundraiser competition: East versus Central versus West! Teams battled for the most dollars raised in hopes of granting a wish in their region of the country. Each team received matches from the Businessolver Foundation and the opportunity to celebrate with their respective Wish kid and family.

Doubling efforts to make the most impact for kids in need.

Our fundraiser officially launched on July 11, 2022, and within the first week of the competition, we raised over $30,000! The fundraiser concluded at the end of July, and many teams doubled their goals to grant two to four wishes each. In the end, we raised $88,649 which was 295% of our company goal.

Regardless of the outcomes, Businessolver intends to impact our communities across the country and engage our employees. That’s what it’s all about for us, Solvers!
