Tragedy for some of us is tragedy for all of us.
No matter where you’re from or where you live, it’s up to everyone to do their small part to bring relief to our fellow Americans suffering from the aftermath of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.
That’s why we at the Businessolver Foundation are mobilizing Solvers and our clients in the relief effort, and we’d love if you’d join in – every bit counts! If you’re not sure how to get started, the graphic above offers a few tips on where Houston’s needs are greatest and how to get involved. We’re still assessing how best to assist in Florida; we will certainly share when we have a sense of what people there need and the infrastructure available to get help to them.
And although we can’t help Texas and Florida physically rebuild, we put our spirit of service to work here at home in Des Moines. Our Des Moines Solvers partnered up with our neighbors, GuideOne Insurance and the Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity to build homes and hope for families here in Iowa.
