Michelle leads the National HR Technology Practice for HUB International. She has over 25 years of employee benefits experience beginning with Travelers Insurance in Hartford, CT. Throughout her career, she has held several managerial roles for Managed Care organizations. Her extensive previous experience in Sales and Account Management allows her to understand the varying needs within complex organizations in order to provide a technology solution that is the best fit for the client. Michelle is considered a subject matter expert in EB and HR Technology solutions including Benefits Administration, Human Capital Management, Payroll and ACA.
