Another Vision conference is in the books, leaving attendees ready to conquer the Great Resignation with actionable strategies for success. 

The last two days have brought an all-star lineup of inspiring keynotes, insightful panel discussions, networking with fellow HR/benefits professionals, and recognition for those who exemplified this year’s Make Your Mark theme. While we are sad to see Vision 2022 end, we are excited to see how our attendees will use the information they learned and the connections they made to transform their benefits administration strategies this year and beyond. 

Vision day two sessions focused on giving attendees actionable insights to help drive change in their organizations. 

Our second day of Vision 2022 started with an energetic 30-minute workout session led by Tracey Orman, Businessolver’s Health and Wellness Administrator. In her session, Tracey got attendees moving with a seven-exercise sequence complete with jumping jacks, squats, and lunges. 

Once the workout concluded, attendees jumped over to combined opening remarks and a “Solver Café” session featuring the talented Michael Breach of BaristArt, who wowed viewers with his latte art creations, and Jeremy DiAsio of Teamraderie, who gave attendees the rundown on the history of coffee while attendees tasted three tasty drip coffees or teas. Some attendee latte art favorites included multiple dog designs, a palm tree, and a penguin!   

After attendees got their caffeine fix, Michelle Lockhart and Sara Vidoni of Businessolver joined forces with Baker Luck of Cigna for a lively discussion surrounding voluntary benefits that set the stage for two breakout blocks featuring Businessolver’s Point Solutions and Voluntary Benefits partners. Baker emphasized the importance of an integrated point solution experience to ensure that employees could make the most of these benefits, which Cigna has accomplished through its partnership with Businessolver.   

Breakout sessions encouraged attendees to dive deeper into Businessolver’s Pinnacle Partner network with sessions focused on voluntary benefits and point solutions. 

Directly following the discussion of the voluntary benefits with Cigna, attendees had the chance to attend a variety of different voluntary benefits breakout sessions sponsored by Aflac, Allstate, ARAG, Aura, Cigna, Lincoln Financial Group, MetLife, Norton LifeLock, Pet’s Best, Prudential, Recoop, Securian Financial, The Hartford, Transamerica, and Voya. Some of the most popular sessions included: “How Pets Improve Our Physical and Mental Health,” “Mental Health: Getting Life Back on Track,” and “Transforming the Great Resignation into Retention.” 

After a brief networking session, attendees returned for a quick discussion with Baker, Sara, and Michelle again before the second and final breakout block focused on making the most of point solutions, in sessions sponsored by Businessolver’s partners Accolade, Castlight Heatlh, CirrusMD, Hello Heart, Rightway, and SWORD Health.   

Vision 2022 wrapped up with a recap of the top attended sessions from day one, which included Ginger Hardage’s keynote on Building Unstoppable Culture, the panelist session, “Beyond Pay, Plans, and Perks: Infusing Empathy into the Definition of Benefits,” and Jade Simmons’ incredible keynote, “The Smell of Breakthrough.” The 10 winners of the “Crushing it” prize were also announced, followed by the Mega Prize winner, Cori Tentler.
