Pam Perry has over 30 years of HR leadership experience and is an expert at fostering high-performance organizations. Prior to founding HR Equity Inc, Pam was CPO (Chief People Officer) of Kareo a VC backed cloud-based medical office software and services platform purpose-built for small practices. Prior to Kareo, Pam served as Vice President of HR at Appriss, a PE backed provider of innovative software-based services that help hundreds of local, state, and Federal criminal justice agencies serve and protect their citizens.
