Anne Burkett leads USI’s HR Technology team as part of the employee benefits practice. This team of consultants primarily work with clients in their search and selection of HR technology. Anne (and team) utilizes a consultative approach to assist employers to better understand their business needs spanning human resources, payroll, system integrations and more. Then align those goals with the best solutions available in the market, leveraging strong vendor relationships and effective pricing strategies. She also drives the internal development of innovative tools, resources and partnerships that lend to the overall success of USI clients.
