I’m so proud, I could burst! The Businessolver Denver office is celebrating its third anniversary this summer, and there is a lot to reflect on. Not only have we grown to more than 150 employees, but in those three years we’ve graduated from being a “remote office” to becoming an established Businessolver regional hub.
Recently, I was mid-way through introducing myself as Assistant Vice President of Client Delight to an HR team at a large transportation company, when the Director of Global Benefits interrupted me, “That’s not your title. ‘Client Delight’ is not actually your title,” she emphasized. Her colleague next to her, the Manager of HR, looked down at the business card I had just handed him and courageously responded to his boss: “Actually, it is. It says so right here.”
