Businessolver, a Des Moines-based benefit administration outsourcing firm, is excited to announce Sarah Dodge as a new and integral addition to the team as In-House Counsel, Compliance. Dodge's addition reinforces Businessolver's commitment to security and technology on behalf of its clients.

Benefits compliance is critical to a company like Businessolver that is trusted with benefits administration. Clients depend on guidance and direction related to benefits administration, especially in the face of massive legislation like health care reform. “There is a lot of stress and confusion about the Affordable Care Act (also known as PPACA or health care reform), and our job is to bring relief and to simplify the process for our clients,” Dodge explains. Dodge's role will be to monitor compliance-related updates for everything from the Patient Protection and Affordability Act (PPACA) to HIPAA HITECH act.

Dodge is a graduate of Drake Law School and has a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation, bringing a unique set of skills to her new role at Businessolver.

As Businessolver’s In-House Counsel focused on compliance, Dodge represents only the most recent way the company has dedicated itself to staying ahead of new regulation and industry changes. Businessolver’s proprietary platform, Benefitsolver, will continue to evolve with Dodge’s input to reduce the headaches that reporting, tracking and compliance will bring to large and complex employers in the future.
